Hi, I'm Jim, and I'm the owner of US Land Investors. If you're like many of the people I work
with, you have land that you're not really using, you're tired of paying taxes on it year after
year, and you're a little wary of people calling and mailing you offers. That makes sense. I’d feel
the same way.
Before I got into land, I spent most of my career as a consultant, helping business owners and
their teams work through tough decisions. What I noticed over and over is that the deals
people felt good about afterward were never the ones somebody got talked into. They were
the ones where the person walked in feeling heard and walked out clear on what they wanted
to do.
What I've learned about the land business is that no two situations are the same. Every
property has its own story and every seller has their own reasons, so I take the time to
understand both. My goal is to make selling simple, so you can move forward with confidence,
while I take care of the details.
I believe a good deal should leave both sides better off. You get a fair price and a clean closing,
and I get the chance to put your land to new use.

Hi, I'm Kelly. Jim is my husband, and I work alongside him at US Land Investors. When you
